Terms of Service

The Spooniverse (“Site,” “Service”) is a patient reference platform operated by Timeless Biosciences LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Georgia limited liability company. The Service includes a Treatment Database, Biomarker Explorer, Glossary, Resource Directory, and related features (collectively, “Content”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or access any paid features of the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You may register using one of two methods:

• Magic link email: you provide your email address and receive a one-time sign-in link via email. No password is created or stored.
• Google OAuth: you sign in using your existing Google account. By doing so, you authorize us to receive your name, email address, and Google account identifier from Google in accordance with Google's own terms and privacy policy.

We do not collect, store, or have access to any passwords under either sign-in method.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining access to the email address associated with your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us promptly at info@thespooniverse.org if you become aware of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may access and use the Service for the following purposes:

• Personal reference: individual patients, caregivers, and clinicians may consult the Content for informational and educational purposes
• Non-commercial research: academic researchers and students may reference the Content with appropriate attribution
• Clinical reference: licensed healthcare providers may use the Content to inform their own independent clinical judgment, provided it is not reproduced or redistributed

The following uses are explicitly prohibited without prior written permission from Timeless Biosciences LLC:

• Commercial reproduction: copying, extracting, or incorporating any portion of the Content into a commercial product, service, platform, application, or database
• Redistribution: republishing or distributing the Content in any form without attribution and written authorization
• Derivative commercial works: using the Content as the basis for building a competing or complementary commercial tool or platform
• Scraping and automated extraction: using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract Content from the Site
• Removal of attribution: reproducing any Content without clearly crediting The Spooniverse as the source
• Unlawful use: using the Service in any way that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law

Any commercial use of the Content without a written licensing agreement with Timeless Biosciences LLC constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Certain features of the Service, including the Treatment Database and Biomarker Explorer, are available through a one-time lifetime access fee. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not collect or store your payment card information. All billing disputes are governed by Stripe's terms of service.

All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at info@thespooniverse.org within 30 days of the transaction.

We reserve the right to modify pricing for new users at any time. Existing lifetime access holders will not be subject to additional charges for features covered at the time of their purchase.

The Content on this Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

The Treatment Database, Biomarker Explorer, Glossary, and Spooniverse Directory are reference tools intended to support informed conversations between patients and their healthcare providers. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions. Timeless Biosciences LLC expressly disclaims any liability for clinical decisions made in reliance on the Content of this Site.

All Content on this Site, including the Treatment Database, Biomarker Explorer, Glossary, and Resource Directory, is the intellectual property of Timeless Biosciences LLC and is protected under United States copyright law. This includes:

• The selection, organization, and arrangement of entries
• Evidence tier classifications and methodology
• Mechanism and pathway annotations
• Dosing ranges, side effect profiles, and clinical commentary compiled herein
• All written descriptions, labels, and structural frameworks

The Service and all Content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Timeless Biosciences LLC makes no guarantee that the Content is current, error-free, or suitable for any specific clinical or research application. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Timeless Biosciences LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Any reliance on Content from the Site
• Any clinical, medical, or health decisions made based on Content from the Site
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Timeless Biosciences LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Georgia.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email. Continued use of the Service following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
